The Personnel Dept provides external assistance and guidance to small-medium sized businesses with their personnel / HR management needs. Services include: contracts of employment; employment policies, procedures and staff handbooks; employment law advice; employment 'health-check'/audit; help with recruitment and selection (job descriptions, interviews); tackling performance management - disciplinary, grievance and sickness absence issues and appraisals; attaining 'IiP' & 'Positive about Disability' accreditations; employee relations issues etc. Services provided remotely or on-site and are practical, bespoke and cost effective.
